Jay Switchgear & Control Private Limited (JPL) has been promoted by Professionally qaulified technocrats and has excellent industrial experience with reputed organizations prior to inception of JAY SWITCHGEAR. 22 years of excellent industrial experience in the areas of Electrical and Instrumentation of Mr.G.J.Gadani has brought a new dimension to establish JPL. This organization was incorporated during July ' 1995. ( Drawout / Non Drawout ) Instrument Panel, Control Panel, Mimic Panel, Pneumatic Panel, Busduct, Distribution Panel, D.G.Panel, PLC Panel. 1.4 About Our Work Unit : Our work unit is located nearer to Western Express Highway at Mira Road, near Dahisar Check Naka. We have well equipped Machinery, Testing equipments. Tools & tackles to meet the requirements of our reputed and prestigious Clients/Consultants. We have latest AutoCAD 2000 on our Pentium processor for designing work. We have excellent fabrication facilities in our shop viz.SHEARING. POWER PRESS, WELDING SETS, ELECTRICAL PRESS FOR PUNCHING, GRINDERS, VERTICAL DRILLING MACHINES, HAND DRILLING MACHINES etc. All the panels are manufactured from high quality CRCA sheets of SWG 14/16 and upto 4-mm thick sheets for instrument panels. In house painting facilities like chemical treatment to remove dust and dirt, Corrosion etc are available. Excellent arranged outside facility for seven-tank treatment is also available,if required. Professionally qaulified engineers supervise the Production and Quality Control activities at our works. Our product has been tested and certified by CPRI, Bangalore for short circuit 50KA fault level and degree of protection IP-54&55. IP 65 test has been certified by IDEMI, Mumbai.
